Our radiation protection awareness course is aimed at any employees working at any site that uses X-rays and covers the fundamentals of radiation and radiation protection.
Although some employees may not be closely involved with working with X-rays, it is a requirement of the Health & Safety Executive that all those involved in work, or affected by work, with ionising radiation are provided with suitable and sufficient information to avoid being unnecessarily exposed to ionising radiation.
Please note that this course is intended for general awareness of radiation safety and is not a Radiation Protection Supervisor (RPS) course.
